Our Policy on Cancellations

1. For Individual Users (B2C)

Our services for individual users, such as the "Full Career Report" and "Premium Roadmap," are digital products that involve significant computational resources and are delivered almost instantaneously upon purchase.

  • No Cancellation After Purchase: Once you complete the purchase and the AI generation process begins, the service is considered rendered. At this point, we cannot offer a cancellation as the resources have been consumed and the digital product is being prepared for delivery.
  • Before Purchase: You are free to abandon the process at any time before completing the payment. There is no charge or obligation until you finalize the purchase.

2. For Institutional Partners (B2B)

For our institutional partners, including schools, universities, and corporations, cancellation terms are governed by the specific contract, pilot agreement, or annual license signed between MENTIS and the institution.

  • Governing Agreement: Please refer to your signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Pilot Agreement for detailed terms regarding cancellation, notice periods, and any applicable fees.
  • Contact Your Account Manager: If you are an institutional partner and wish to discuss cancelling or modifying your service, please contact your dedicated account manager or our institutional support team.
