Our Policy on Refunds

1. For Individual Users (B2C Services)

Our individual services, such as the "Full Career Report" and "Premium Roadmap," are digital products created using a significant amount of AI computational resources. The value is delivered immediately upon generation.

  • General Rule: No Refunds. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate costs incurred to generate your personalized report, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the service has been rendered.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
    • A technical failure on our end prevented the delivery of your report.
    • You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a system error.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the AI-generated recommendations, as the service is the generation and delivery of the report itself, not a guaranteed outcome.

2. For Institutional Partners (B2B Services)

Refunds for institutional pilot programs and annual licenses are governed by the terms outlined in the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Pilot Agreement signed by the institution.

  • Please refer to your specific contract for details on fees, payments, and any applicable refund clauses.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our exceptional circumstances clause, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.

  • Please include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the transaction date, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
